Lightweight Builds


I've always been very aware of the lower-end hardware users who play my projects. I try to benchmark all my projects to work on the slowest and widest range of devices. Whether it be playing on a gaming PC or in a web browser. But I wanted to let these users know that the lightweight build for Castillo won't immediately be available. 

The volumetric lighting in Shattered Mirrors makes up a large chunk of the atmosphere and I want a valid replacement for it before I proceed with lightweight builds. This is also quite a large game so a WebGL build may be cut down to just a demo, the original Castillo itself takes a significant amount of time to load on most web browsers.

There is already basic SRP compatibility when it comes to conversion, I've noticed some general lighting issues but it will be an easy transfer. This is just a post to warn any day-1 players who may be on lower-end hardware.
